Oak Park Water CCRs
State and federal drinking water rules require Group A community water systems to produce and distribute an annual “Consumer Confidence Report” (CCR) to customers by July 1 of each year. A CCR is a yearly report on the quality and safety of the system’s drinking water. It includes the most recent results of water quality tests the system conducted over the last five to nine years, and any water quality violations that have occurred. You may download the CCR for Oak Park Water below.

News & Announcements
Water Quality Is Normal and Safe
All water tests have come back as normal and safe.
Notice: Remedial Chlorination Routine
Oak park will be doing remedial chlorination for the next two weeks. If you smell or taste chlorine, the smell is a bi-product of the chlorine working on the bacteria. It means that more chlorine needs to be added so we can kill all the bacteria.
Test results came back on Tuesday indicating total coliform only. Chlorination was set up on Tuesday and by Wednesday the Bac-T report showed a low reading of chlorination. If your health is compromised in any way, continue to boil water.
11/9/21: Water is safe to drink
Due to the PUD Power outages a few days ago, a boil your water notice has been in effect. This is no longer necessary, as all water tests have come back as safe to drink.
Access to Water Meter Boxes
It’s that time of year again! Please make sure to take a moment and clear access to your water meter box so that we can reach it to read it. As the Spring and Summer months hit each year, many boxes get covered in new growth from the plants surrounding them and become inaccessible. Residents are responsible for keeping access available. Thank you so much for your help!
